On Udhyak, attorney fees start at ₹8,500 for utility patents. Government filing fees are separate (₹1,600–₹8,000 depending on entity type). Quotes are all-inclusive on our marketplace.
How long does grant typically take?
Indian Patent Office grant currently averages 24–36 months from filing. Drafting + filing on Udhyak typically takes 7–14 days.
Will my idea be kept confidential?
